| This poster surfaced on eBay and is perhaps a fake or a mistake. It also states Free entry so it may just be a spoof.
The Lydon / Levene / Wobble line-up toured the USA in April / May 1980, not November.
It may be possible it originates from 1982 and the venue / promoters used an older poster.
