12" only. Limited edition of 3,000.
Despite featuring a 1981 interview this 12" was obviously issued circa 1986; due to the generic artwork. This release is almost certainly a bootleg.

Picture disc issued in clear PVC sleeve. A-side features generic "interview" lettering in white and red. B-side features 1986 colour close up of Lydon's face.
